What we process

Name, company, UIC/VAT number, address, email, phone, print files, order and payment data (amount, status, document number). We do not store card numbers.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to perform the contract (order, production, delivery, invoicing), for accounting duties, and with consent to answer an enquiry. Card payments are processed by myPOS Checkout on a myPOS hosted page. myPOS is a separate payment-service provider.

Retention, rights, GDPR

Orders and invoices are kept as required by accounting law (typically 10 years). You have the right of access, rectification, restriction, objection and a complaint to the CPDP. Requests: [email protected]. The site uses HTTPS (SSL). Card data never touches our servers (PCI DSS via myPOS hosted checkout).
